Once you have seen the location and project, you need to submit an offer to purchase with a $1,000 earnest deposit. Once your offer is accepted, you will be required to make an additional $1,500 earnest deposit. You will be able to make decisions on the remainder of the project. *Upgrades to appliances, carpet, layout, etc... can add costs to the original agreed upon price.
