Do you own rental properties and you are in need of a management company to maintain and collect?

We offer ACH (from checking or savings), credit card payments, and a local office for dropped payments during and after hours.  ACH payments can be set up to be made automatically for the most efficient way to collect rent. 

Collection only via ACH/Credit Card or dropped payment: 10% of Rents Collected Monthly

Full Service rental/land contract collection including drive by house inspections and front door collections when needed; Utility bill reciept and payments (when applicable): 25% of Rents Collected Monthly

Marketing/Advertising, credit and reference screening, rental applications, and filling your available rentals: 50% Of Security Deposit Collected per Rental
